Storms passed through Mississippi and Alabama on Monday wreaking havoc and causing a lot of damage throughout both states.  Hailstones were said to be as large as baseballs in Jackson, Mississippi, and busted out car windows. 

Power lines and trees were toppled by up to 80 mph winds in Alabama and more than a dozen people were rushed to hospitals, reported Skye News. 

As of Tuesday morning at 6 am, nearly 100,000 residents were still without power in Alabama.
